Breakfast Club & Orchid After School Club

If you would like to book Breakfast Club or The Orchid After School Club, please complete a booking form and please take note of the terms and conditions.

Key Information for both clubs:

• To provide high quality wrap-around care for the pupils of Orchid Vale Primary School.
• To provide a safe and nurturing environment in which pupils can wind down after a day at school.
• To provide a sociable and supportive environment in which pupils can develop friendships that extend beyond their class, developing the strength of the school community.
• To provide smooth transition from school to after-school care, requiring minimal adjustment for the pupils.
• To provide parents with the peace of mind that their children are safe and well-cared for.

Practical Information-Orchid After School Club

• The club will run from 3:15pm until 5:30pm in the main hall (term time only).
• When school finishes at 1.30pm at the end of term, the club will not run.
• The cost per child, per day is £10.00 if collected before 4.30pm and £12 if collected between 4.30pm and 5.30pm.
• The Orchid Club will provide a range of activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• The club will be run by play leaders who are all experienced in leading both structured and unstructured activities.
• The cost of the session includes a snack each day. 
• The administration for the club is managed by the school office.

• Childcare vouchers will be accepted.

Practical Information-Breakfast Club

• The Breakfast Club is open from 7.45am and breakfast is served until 8.10am.
• The cost of a session is £4.00 per child.
• Children are taken to their classroom at 8.30am
• The Breakfast Club will provide a range of activities in the main hall.
• The club will be run by play leaders who are all experienced in leading both structured and unstructured activities.

• The cost of the session includes breakfast each day, but children must arrive before 8.10am to have  breakfast. 
• The administration for the club is managed by the school office.
